Hello,

I wouldn't have any other way to describe what I'm experiencing other than the platform being unresponsive upon startup.

I would try to deactivate the license and reactivate.
Once charts and data are loaded the platform becomes unresponsive again after clicking on any object.
Waiting it out and restarting the computer has not resolved the error.
